Start Date: 7/1/20
Classroom End Date:  10/28/20
Clinicals End Date: 12/31/20
This class will be presented in a hybrid fashion with some material presented online and some presented
in the classroom.
This class has a varied scheduled based around the AFD schedule.
Mininum Time Requirement: @160hrs for course work, 68hrs of skill training, 120hrs of clinical training.?

The tuition is $1700.00, due by the first day of class.

This fee includes your textbook, clinical uniform shirts and electronic resources.

• You must have a high school diploma or GED
• Pass a criminal background check
• Copy of driver's license
• Copy of Social Security card
• Proof of Health Insurance
• Employment history, including reason for seperation/eligibility for rehire, for 7 years (unless under 21 years of age)
• Provide verification of immunizations:
  •  Hepatitis B vaccination (at least started)
  • MMR
  • Varicella
  • Tetanus
  • TB test (<6 months old)
  • Current Flu vaccination
  • Pass a drug test
